Terms and payment

Find Me Apartment terms: prices, card payment, the Pro term and fees. In force from 27 October 2026.

The service

Find Me Apartment (find-me-apartment.ru) shows apartment listings for sale and rent in Georgia and sends alerts about new apartments and price drops to Telegram. The search, the map and the prices are free.

Plans and prices

The free plan: one alert, new apartments once a day. Pro: $9.99 for 30 days, unlimited Telegram alerts and new apartments at once. The price is in US dollars and includes all our charges.

Payment

You pay for Pro with a bank card through a payment provider. You enter the card data on the page of the provider. We do not get or keep it.

Term and renewal

Pro lasts 30 days from the payment date. There is no automatic renewal and no repeated charge, so you do not need to cancel. A new payment adds 30 days to the end of the current term. After the term ends, the account goes back to the free plan and keeps its saved searches.

Fees

We take no fees above the plan price. Your bank can charge for currency conversion when the card is not in US dollars.
