What FindMeApartment is, where the listings come from, how we compute prices and how often the data updates.

What it is

FindMeApartment collects apartment listings for sale and rent in Georgia from the Telegram channels of owners and agencies and shows them in one search with a map. The site has 818 listings for sale, 3,815 listings for rent and 1,111 new-building projects by 727 developers.

Where the data comes from and how we compute prices

One apartment is often posted several times in several channels. We join these posts into one object and count each object once. The price of a city or a district is the median price per m² of its objects. A city is shown from 50 objects, a district from 20.

Monthly price reports and their method

How often it updates

The channels are checked every 5 minutes: new posts, price changes and removed listings show on the site within minutes. The report of the past month comes out on the 3rd day of the next month.

What we do not know

We do not know the sale prices. The site shows only the asking prices of the listings, and the price of a deal can be different.
